Refund Policy

Welcome to Guest Growth Link. Our brand is managed and operated by EMPIRE TECHNOLOGY (referred to as “the Company”). We value the trust our customers place in us and are committed to maintaining full transparency—especially when it comes to our refund policies and the services purchased through Guest Growth Link. 

1. General Refund Terms

All services provided by Guest Growth Link are digital in nature and considered complete once delivered. This includes content creation, link placements, SEO and non-SEO services, and sponsored guest post campaigns. Because these services require time, resources, and manual execution, most purchases are final and non-refundable

By purchasing any service, package, subscription, or wallet credit, you acknowledge and agree to these refund terms.

In exceptional circumstances, a refund request may be considered, but the decision to approve or deny will rest entirely with Guest Growth Link.

2. Full Refund if Publishing Isn’t Possible

If we are unable to publish your approved order on the selected publisher website(s), you will have the following options:

  • Receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by the payment provider, or 
  • Receive a credit in your Guest Growth Link Wallet for future use. 

In some cases, we may offer to place your order on a comparable website of similar quality and relevance. You are free to accept this alternative or request a refund—your decision will always be honoured.

3. Refunds for Article Draft Stage

Once your order is confirmed, part of your payment is immediately used to compensate our writers for creating your content.

If you choose to cancel before the article is published—while it is still in the writing or review phase—you may be eligible for a 50% refund

At this stage:

  • You will still receive the completed draft.
  • You may request reasonable edits before final approval.
  • You are free to use the draft elsewhere at your discretion.

4. Orders Become Final Once Publishing Starts

Once an article has been approved and submitted to the publisher’s website(s), the order is final and non-refundable.

Before approving your article for publishing, please ensure:

  • The content meets your requirements.
  • Your business contact details are correct.
  • Keywords, anchor text, grammar, and spelling are accurate.
  • All links are functional and correct.

We cannot reverse or stop the publishing process once it begins, and any costs incurred cannot be recovered.

5. Situations Outside Our Control

Some aspects of publication are solely managed by the publisher and are outside the control of Guest Growth Link. As a result, refunds or replacements cannot be provided for matters that depend on the publisher’s internal policies or decisions. 

  • Post Duration & Availability: Some publishers keep content live only for a limited time, or they may redesign, sell, or shut down their website.
  • Link Attribute Changes: Publishers may modify link attributes (e.g., do follow → no follow) according to their SEO policies or updates from Google.
  • Indexing: Google may choose not to index content, or deindex it later, which is beyond our or the publisher’s control.
  • Policy or Legal Removals: Publishers may remove posts if required by law or to comply with editorial guidelines.
  • Technical Performance: We cannot guarantee uptime, load speed, formatting, or third-party interactions on publisher websites.

6. Wallet Balance & Database Access Policy

  • Wallet top-ups (minimum $25) are non-refundable. These funds immediately unlock access to our exclusive publisher database of 50,000+ sites.
  • Once publisher data is accessed, it cannot be returned.
  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and can only be used for services within your account.
  • Wallet balances do not expire unless stated, but may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations.

7.How to Apply for a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing through Live Chat or via email at info@guestgrowthlink.com, including your order number and the email linked to your account.

  • Requests will be acknowledged within 24 business hours.
  • If approved, refunds are processed as follows:

    • Credit Card: 5–10 business days for funds to appear.
    • PayPal: Typically, immediate after processing.

Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method. Payment gateway charges are non-recoverable and will not be refunded.

8. What Counts as a Completed Publication

An article is considered successfully published when it is accepted and goes live on the chosen publisher domain.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, we cannot guarantee:

  • Specific link attributes (e.g., rel=”do follow”).
  • Article placement or position on the page.
  • Formatting, page design, or layout.
  • Traffic, search visibility, or SEO rankings.

9. How We Handle Complaints and Disputes

If you believe a service does not meet the description provided in your order, you must contact info@guestgrowthlink.com within 7 days of delivery with verifiable evidence.

  • Complaints based solely on traffic results, SEO ranking, personal preference, or subjective opinions will not be accepted if the service matches the order.
  • If disputes are not resolved within 30 business days, they will be handled under our User Agreement, with jurisdiction.

10. Our Maximum Responsibility

If a refund is approved, the Company’s liability is limited to the fees actually paid for the affected order.

GUESTGROWTHLINK is not responsible for:

  • Lost search rankings or website traffic.
  • Missed business opportunities or revenue.
  • Any indirect or consequential damages.

No additional claims or remedies are available beyond the refund (or wallet credit) explicitly approved.
